Aashita Cancer Care Trust
The Nationwide Future Vision

One Entrepreneur. One Doctor. One City. One Mission.

A sustainable healthcare blueprint designed to establish community-owned, affordable cancer care centres across India's cities and regional hubs.

The Collaborative Healthcare Formula

Large corporate hospitals are often concentrated in major metros, leaving smaller cities underserved and facing exorbitant out-of-pocket costs. Our vision is to empower local partnerships.

OUR COLLABORATIVE MODEL

1 Entrepreneur + 1 Qualified Doctor = 1 Centre

By bringing together entrepreneurial commitment, local community support and qualified oncological expertise, each centre can create a sustainable model of affordable and compassionate cancer care.

THE DAILY CARE COMMITMENT

Participating centres will aspire to provide free or highly subsidised cancer treatment to at least 1–2 deserving underprivileged patients every day, subject to available resources, clinical evaluation and local participation.

Stakeholder Role

The Entrepreneur

The local entrepreneur acts as the pillar of stability, providing the financial, organizational, and physical infrastructure necessary to build and maintain the centre.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure & Financial Support: Securing the physical facility, utility management, diagnostic leases, and working capital.
  • Local Community Participation: Mobilizing local civic bodies, corporate CSR partners, philanthropists, and awareness volunteers.
  • Sustainable Management: Implementing cost controls, audit governance, administrative workflows, and patient support navigation.

Stakeholder Role

The Doctor

The qualified oncologist leads all clinical disciplines, ensuring evidence-based medicine, ethical treatment protocols, and compassionate patient care.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Medical Expertise: Conducting patient examinations, biopsy evaluations, accurate tumor staging, and surgery.
  • Clinical Leadership: Mentoring local nursing and paramedical teams to maintain international oncological standards.
  • Compassionate Patient Care: Ensuring ethical patient selection for daily subsidized slots without economic discrimination.
