4. Charitable Contributions
Donations made to Aashita Cancer Care Trust support subsidized outpatient consultations, surgical oncology care for economically weaker families, and cancer awareness initiatives. Contributions are non-refundable once processed.
5. Intellectual Property & Branding
The branding, logos, trustee likenesses, and custom content of Aashita Cancer Care Trust are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without express written authorization.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chandigarh, India.
